Modern Slavery Statement

This Modern Slavery Act 2015 statement sets out the steps that Cambion Electronics Ltd has taken to try and eliminate slavery and human-trafficking from its supply chains and any other parts of the business.
We endeavour to set out a zero-tolerance approach to modern slavery and are committed to acting ethically in all of our business dealings and relationships.
We take reasonable and practical steps, including factory inspections, audits (Internal & External), and contractual obligations to ensure that our standards are being implemented throughout the businesses of our suppliers and that local legislation and regulations are complied with at all times. We will assess any instances of non-compliance on a case by case basis and will then tailor remedial action appropriately. We will only trade with those who comply with our policy or those who are taking verifiable steps towards compliance.
This statement has been approved by Cambion Electronics Ltd Managing Director, who along with the Quality Assurance Lead will continue to review and update its policies and processes in an effort to ensure we achieve the highest standards in our supply chain, as expected by our customers and the companies with which we work.

California Proposition 65 Statement

California Proposition 65, officially known as the Safe Drinking Water and Toxic Enforcement Act of 1986, protects the state's drinking water sources from being contaminated with chemicals known to cause cancer, birth defects or other reproductive harm, and requires businesses to inform Californians about exposures to such chemicals.

The latest list of chemicals can be found on the California Office of Environmental Health Hazard Assessment website. A warning must be given for listed chemicals unless the exposure is low enough to pose no significant risk of cancer.

The products manufactured by Cambion Electronics Ltd may contain one or more of the listed chemicals in Proposition 65.

Under normal conditions of use these products pose no hazardous exposure to the user.

Normal conditions of use are defined as the end use function the specific shape, materials, and design were intended for.

Consequently, Cambion Electronics Ltd is not required to label its products with a hazardous warning.
